From the first call to the final transformation, we guide you through a seamless process designed to bring order, efficiency, and style to every corner of your home.

BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL
We start with a complimentary discovery call to see if we're the right fit for your project. During this call, we'll discuss your space, your goals, and how our team can help bring your vision to life.
02.

IN-HOME CONSULTATION
One of our project managers will meet you at home to explore what’s working and what’s not. We’ll take measurements, discuss your routines and priorities, and gather everything we need to create a thoughtful plan for your space.
03.

CUSTOM PROPOSAL & BOOKING
After our visit, you’ll receive a custom proposal with a breakdown of labor and product costs. To accept, you’ll pay the non-refundable deposit (which is applied toward your final invoice) and sign the service agreement. This officially holds your spot on our calendar.
04.

PROJECT PLANNING & SOURCING
Based on your aesthetic and space needs, we source and prepare organizing products that look great and actually work for your daily life. Everything is thoughtfully planned and prepped to make your transformation seamless.
05.

ORGANIZATION DAY(S)
This is where the magic happens! Our team arrives fully prepared with products, a plan, plenty of energy, and a whole lot of care to bring your space to life.
06.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH & COMPLETION
We’ll walk through the finished space together, making sure every detail feels functional and customized for your household. Once everything is perfect, final payment is due upon completion.
07.

ENJOY & ONGOING SUPPORT
Take a deep breath—you’re home. Once you’ve settled in and soaked it all up, we’d love to come back and help with the next space on your list. Many of our clients also have us return throughout the year for seasonal refreshes to keep everything feeling just as good as day one.

Thoughtful support before, during, and after your move so you feel at home from day one.

Whether you’re relocating to Chicago, moving to the North Shore, or simply moving across town, our team takes the overwhelm out of getting from one home to the next. We can help you edit before the move, thoughtfully pack and label your belongings, prepare your current home for listing, and plan how everything will function in your new space.

Before move-in, we can take measurements, space plan, coordinate custom closet and storage designs, and source organizing products so everything is ready for your arrival. Once the movers have done their part, we take over—unpacking, organizing, and thoughtfully setting up your home so you can settle in and start enjoying it right away.

Because even the best systems need a little reset.

Life happens, and your home changes with it. Available to existing clients, our refresh sessions are designed to revisit previously organized spaces, reset systems, tackle any clutter that’s crept in, and make adjustments based on what’s working—and what’s not.

Whether it’s a seasonal reset, a few updated labels and products, or simply getting everything back in its place, we’ll help keep your home feeling functional, organized, and refreshed.

HOLIDAY DECORATING

The magic of the holidays, without all the work.

Whether we’re styling the sentimental holiday pieces you already love, starting completely from scratch, or mixing a little of both, we create a festive, cohesive look that feels right at home. From Christmas trees and mantels to seasonal accents throughout your space, we handle the details so you can simply enjoy the season.

And when the holidays are over, we can come back to take everything down, thoughtfully organize and store your décor, and make sure it’s ready to bring the magic back next year.
